Affectionately Yours Magnetic Clipboard - Customer Appreciation Gift

Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Lea Denton - Affectionately Yours Magnetic Clipboard - Customer Appreciation Gift

Well I know I promised to start blogging again a while back but as usual, all plans for that went out the window!  As time is still very tight for me right now I've decided rather than just keep you hanging I would share some of the cards I've been making...... you didn't think I'd stopped making them altogether did you!!!!  Goodness me no!!!  There won't be full tutorials for them but I will list the products I used to make them so you can buy them and make the cards too.  The writing will be very brief too which I suppose for me is quite standard isn't it hahaha.  If you need full instructions just leave me a comment and I'll do them as soon as I can :D

So here is today's project for you.... this was a customer appreciation gift that I sent to all my customers last month.  I always make a hand crafted gift and a hand made card for all my customers to thank them for ordering through me.  This super cute clipboard one has magnetic tape on the back so it can be put on a fridge :D

Going Global Masculine Gift Card Holder Slider Card Stampin' Up! UK part 2 of 2

I've never made a slider card before... I've always admired them but never actually made one.  The lovely Sue Hall from BB Card Designs did a video tutorial on how to make these cards so following her directions, I changed the sizing to make it fit a gift card.  Better still, fit in the presentation tin as well :)

OSAT Blog Hop - Tic Tac Toe

What an honour!  I have been invited to be a guest on the One Stamp At A Time April Blog Hop.... WOW AM I EXCITED :)  So welcome to April's Tic Tac Toe One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop I'm so pleased you decided to visit as there are so many fabulous crafters taking part!  Don't forget to click 'Next' at the bottom of this post to continue on to Wynne's post.

Trying to decide what to do for this hop was a bit tricky.... you see with Tic Tac Toe you need to choose three squares all in a row don't you?  Well I wanted them all!!!...... decisions, decisions?????  Well my final line ended up at Brads, Sequins and Dots and I've used combinations of all of those throughout the project..... talking about my project, I decided to do one that I had originally shown on my blog months and months ago.  I'm quite proud and humbled to be able to say it was a huge success!  This time, I'm bringing you an updated version with a full video tutorial :D  The video won't be here today as I wanted to show you the photos but if you come back on 16th April you can see how it's done in full technicolor glory.  To make sure you don't miss it subscribe to my Blog or my YouTube Channel to be notified as soon as the video is available.

As an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator my immediate choice for this project was the gorgeous Designer Series Paper Birthday Bouquet and the matching Birthday Blooms Stamp Set.  I used the Birthday Blooms stamp set to make the Hallett Bag... now if you've never heard of the Hallett Bag it's one of those creations that once you see it you never forget it!  I'll tell you all about it in the video coming up ;)  To go in the bag is this gorgeous exploding box card with a little something special hiding in side....

Undo the bow, take off the lid and the sides fall down to revel the hand made CUPCAKE :)  I've used pins and sequins for the 'sprinkles' on top of the cake and a length of organza to make the frosting or icing as we call it in the UK.

The inside panels have been stamped using the Birthday Blooms Stamp Set.  The small flowers were coloured using Stampin' Up! inks and a Stampin' Up! Blender Pen - you can see how to do this in the upcoming video along with all the different products I used.

This is the finished card.... do you like it?  I do hope so :)  You can see to the right of the photo the small card with the balloons on that I made which fits nicely in the little pocket - just adds that finishing touch and gives you something to write on.

Here you go.... the full ensemble!  A Cupcake Exploding Box Card with a beautiful Hallett Bag to present it in :)  The video coming up on the 16th April will show you how to make this adorable project so make sure you come back then to see what's coming :)  You can subscribe to my Blog or my YouTube channel to make sure you are notified as soon as the video is released.... or should I say videos as there is a series for you to look forward to as well!
