No Bones About It Window Sheet Card

I really should have posted this card a while ago as I made it early July!  My son wanted a card to give to his best friend when they left primary school as they were going to different secondary schools and this is what I came up with :)
The card was made using the brilliant No Bones About It Stamp Set which is definitely a favourite in my house right now and I've also used the Layered Letters Alphabet Stamp Set which is another favourite - well worth the investment that's for sure!  If you fancy trying this fab set out, I am currently running Takeaway Classes using the No Bones About It Stamp Set - click HERE to be taken to the Classes page for more information.

It was quite difficult to photograph this card because of the Window Sheet that was on the front.  I attached it to some torn Mossy Meadow cardstock at the top of the card and attached some Crumb Cake cardstock on bottom.  The Crumb Cake cardstock has been embossed using the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder and then stamped with the skeleton stamps, gravel and leaves stamps to give the effect of a forest floor.  I had to get various shades of green permanent ink pads to create the hanging vines as they are stamped directly onto the Window Sheet.

The bushes and clouds were both done using the Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set - they look quite effective don't they :)  Stampin' Up! donates time and money to support Ronald McDonald House Charities. To date they've contributed over $1,000,000 to RMHC and their network of local RMHC Chapters. When you buy the Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set, Stampin' Up! donate a portion of the proceeds to RMHC.

As the Window Sheet layers the front of the card, I've stamped the back for my son to write on........ thankfully it was very well received :)
